Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Esko Rec League Softball

EFA will only refund players based on one of the following: A. Player moves out of the district before the season starts B. A player experiences an injury with a doctor note where they will not be able to compete during the season. C. Not enough players register for a team/level resulting in no team formation Registration fees are non-refundable after the first scheduled game of the season.

Tournament Teams

EFA will only refund players based on one of the following: A. Player moves out of the district before the season starts B. Injury where the player will not be able to participate for at least half the season C. Not enough players register for a team/level resulting in no team formation
