RESCHEDULING GAMES

If you are a coach and need to reschedule a home game for a different date, please follow these the steps:

1) See the Field schedule for open dates/times

2) Enter your team info to hold the potential game times

3) Contact the opposing team coach and propose a new date/time

4) Update Field schedule to lock in new date/time

5) Notify Clay Foxx to ensure the field is prepped and game ready

6) Notify Team parents of change

7) Update Team calendar with new date/time

If you are a coach and need to reschedule an away game for a different date, please follow these the steps:

1) Contact the opposing team coach and find a date/time that works for both teams

2) Notify Team parents of change

3) Update Team calendar with new date/time
